Once Willowbrook FM have reviewed your luxury home, the next step is to report back and ensure that all maintenance contracts are correctly in place. We will then setup a schedule of servicing including the ‘moving parts’ of your luxury home to ensure that you can live there hassle free. This will include setting up regular maintenance of all the required systems as identified in the property health check, to suit your personal requirements and timings.
We will manage the entry of the required maintenance personnel into your home, review schedules of holidays to ensure that all the different services required are being done at times that suit your lifestyle.
We will act as the single intermediary for everything related to your home, giving you a single point of contact for any issues you may have or that could arise.

As part of our wider team, we have partnered with reactive maintenance service providers who offer 24/7 callouts in cases of emergency. Things like drain blockages or boiler breakdowns resulting in no hot water are covered. Issues such as electrical faults or any other problems that can arise unexpectedly, will be dealt with by our professional team. All services are offered by calling us a single point of contact.

Willow Brook Facilities Management
was founded by partners Sam Marks & David Rokach
Sam is a founding director of the business and has vast experience in Property Management. He started off working for a large firm managing multitudes of properties across the UK and quickly worked his way up on becoming Senior Maintenance Manager leading a large team dealing with day to day maintenance and was in direct contact with landlords and tenants making sure their requirements were met. His experience varies across several sectors including high-end residential, affordable housing, student accommodation, commercial and retail. Sam develops long-standing working relationships that improve the delivery with early involvement in the project lifecycle.
David is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been working as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for 10 years. David has much experience with high end houses having built many in the Hampstead and West End areas of London. David has taken projects from Feasibility and Inception through to Completion and beyond. His excellent interpersonal skills have helped drive forward a number of complex projects in sensitive locations.
